Crafted from one of the world’s fastest growing plants, CNC-milled bamboo provides our designs with a modern look that’s rooted in a highly renewable and easy to maintain natural resource. Produced using a carbon positive process, bamboo has a higher compressive strength than wood and a tensile strength that rivals steel.

Our REWIND® fabric is woven from a distinctive blend of 30% reclaimed organic cotton, 30% reclaimed hemp, and 40% recycled PET to create a stylish and high-quality textile. Versatile and durable, REWIND fabric can be found throughout our line, including in our stash bags and to wrap our speakers and headphone bands.
*PET is short for polyethylene terephthalate, which is a form of polyester that can be found in items like plastic bottles.

Our REGRIND® Silicone is a specially created material made by reclaiming and upcycling post-process and post-consumer waste. Protective covers, headband pads, ear cushions and watch brands—all of which are critical to our user’s comfort—are all partially constructed from REGRIND® Silicone.

FSC® certified forests are managed with strict standards and consideration towards the environment, guaranteeing that harvested trees will be replaced and regenerated naturally. FSC®-certified forests have earned their reputation for environmental credibility, protection, healthy forestry, social engagement, and the prevention of illegal forestation. FSC®-certified wood can be found in certain headphone and earbud casings and our REWIND® charging cords.

Aluminum is a highly durable metal that is 100% recyclable. This material can be reused repeatedly without losing any of its innate quality, making it an excellent alternative to more harmful metals. Recyclable aluminum can be found in our turntable platters, headphone housings, and ear cups.

Recycling plastic conserves natural resources, saves energy, reduces landfill space and decreases pollution in air and water sources, all while limiting the creation of non-biodegradable materials. We use recycled plastic in all speaker and headphone housings.

As of 2020, we’ve been delivering our products in 100% recyclable plastic-free packaging fully constructed from paper fibers. Using recycled paper reduces the overall demand for harvested wood and the amount of paper that reaches landfills. Our entire packaging contents can be conveniently placed into the single mixed-paper recycle bin, eliminating the hassle of separating different materials.

Recyclable metal alloys can transform products into renewable resources in the years to come. Our dedication to using this material conserves natural elements, saves energy, and contributes to cleaner manufacturing, which results in less mining waste and water usage. Recyclable metal alloys are incorporated into our hardware through ear cups, buckles, sliders, and other embellishments.

Constructed by combining wood derivatives and plastic fibers, wood composite results in a more durable product. The compositing process demands far less energy than the lumbering industry. Wood composite is prominently featured as a durable and attractive design component in our speaker casings.

Renewable, biodegradable and 100% natural, our organic cork is obtained through an environmentally friendly harvesting process that ensures the tree’s continued life. This innovative and earth-friendly material is used not only as a design element, but throughout our production process.

Our ear tips and other components that have direct contact with skin are made from medical-grade non-toxic silicone. Non-toxic silicone helps to refute germs and is an excellent material to use as it can easily be regenerated into new forms and uses.

Organic cotton is grown without chemical fertilizers, pesticides, or insecticides—all of which carry toxins that can harm the surrounding environment. Organic farming also requires significantly less water usage making organic cotton an ideal material for our products.
